End the Arguing Today

Stop Fighting with Your Girlfriend Step 1:

Stop yelling at each other. Nothing can be resolved if you both shout at each other. You need to be calm and rational when talking about your differences. Also, violence doesn’t resolve anything so the first thing to do is to be calm.

Stop Fighting with Your Girlfriend Step 2:

Both of you need to determine the cause of the fight. A series of fight is rooted from one big misunderstanding. You need to know the real reason why you fight in the first place in order to find the solution for it.

Stop Fighting with Your Girlfriend Step 3:

Take some time apart. One way to stop fighting with your girlfriend is to cool off first. Why don’t the two of you be apart for a few hours and then talk about it? Take some time apart to collect your thoughts and think things through. Does this fight reasonable at all? Are you hurting each other’s feelings?

Stop Fighting with Your Girlfriend Step 4:

Listen to each other’s thought and opinions. Have an open mind and consider each other’s thoughts and opinions. Be patient and respect each other’s differences. Let out both of your emotions and do not judge negatively about each other. The way to stop fighting with your girlfriend is that both of you respect each other.

Stop Fighting with Your Girlfriend Step 5:

Both of you can agree to disagree. There are things that the two of you may not see eye to eye entirely. If that’s the case then agree that you’re both disagreeing about it. You don’t need to share each other’s opinions and beliefs but respect them.

Stop Fighting with Your Girlfriend Step 6:

Admit your own mistakes and forgive each other. Be humble and admit your own mistake at the same time you have to forgive too. Forgiveness is the key for a stronger relationship. To stop fighting with your girlfriend, then forgive each other after each fight. Learn to say sorry and remember why you love her in the first place.

Stop Fighting with Your Girlfriend Step 7:

If all else fails then it’s time to go to counseling. There is nothing wrong when asking for help when you two cannot resolve the fight. It means that you need a third person’s point of view to help you get through the situation. You can go to a psychiatrist or a guidance counselor about this. They  can greatly help you to resolve your problems.

These are the 7 steps to stop fighting with your girlfriend. Remember that it’s normal to have disagreements once in a while. What’s important is how you two handle the problems together.
